Data stays under your control

Life Admin is an offline renewal and expiry reminder app. It does not collect, transmit, sell or share your personal data with Novus HQ. It has no account, advertising, analytics, crash-reporting SDK or INTERNET permission.

Local records and reminders

Items, titles, categories, due dates, notes, renewal history and settings are stored in the app’s private database and preferences on your device. They display your reminders, calendar and history and schedule local notifications. Notification permission is optional. Reminder text may appear on your lock screen according to Android settings.

Android device backup

If Android backup is enabled, Android may include app data in your own device backup, under your device and Google backup settings. Novus HQ cannot access that backup.

Optional file export and import

You can export a readable JSON file containing your records, notes, history and settings. You choose its destination through Android’s document picker. The selected document provider may store or sync files according to its own settings and privacy policy; Life Admin does not upload them itself. Keep exported files private. They can remain after the app is uninstalled.

Import reads a file you explicitly select, previews record counts, and requires confirmation before replacing local data.

Access, retention and deletion

Edit or delete reminders inside the app. Clear app storage or uninstall Life Admin to remove its private local copy. Android may restore data from a device backup on reinstall. Manage device backups separately in Android settings, and delete exported files separately from their chosen locations. We have no server copy to retrieve or erase.

Children and permissions

Life Admin is intended for adults managing personal and household obligations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Notifications are optional. Background scheduling uses Android system permissions; the app does not request contacts, location, camera or broad file-storage access.

Security

Android’s app sandbox protects private app storage. JSON exports are readable and are not password-protected by Life Admin. Protect your device and choose a trusted backup location.

Contact and changes

If you email support, we receive information you choose to send and use it to respond. Do not send sensitive reminder contents or backup files unless necessary. Policy changes will be published here with an updated date.
